Breakfast Bowl

Get all your nutrients in a bowl. There is a bowl craze going on and the best thing about is that it’s easy to put together.

Shopping list:

First thing I suggest is to brainstorm. write a list of your favorite veggies, fruits, and whole grains.

Then decide which spices will go well with your choices. I always stick to garlic, black pepper, and pink salt. I love my food to have some hot sauce. The best sauce for this I think is that chip dipping salsa or if you’re good at making a homemade salsa, kudos to you. Get to it!! 🙂

Get your pan ready!!!

Take a teaspoon of coconut oil and toss it on a medium heat pan. You want to start with your veggies because these take longer to cook.

(You can also bake you veggies a day before in the oven for 15minutes 400 degrees)

I like to add some sort of protein in my bowl. I love cooking either vegan chorizo or sausage. Before adding the veggies. Sprinkle garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and any other spice you’d like to. Add veggies and take a lid and cover the pan for about 5 minutes. After five minutes sprinkle some more spices. Cook until veggies are cooked to your preference.

The egg should be the last thing to cook since it doesn’t take long for it to cook. I love the edges of the egg white burnt.

Creativity Time!

Use your styling skills and put everything together in a bowl.

FYI. Quinoa is also a great add on to this Bowl.

Finish it off with salsa !

Buen provecho!!!!
